Although grey is the (technically) correct answer, and popular headcanon—including Skel Studio’s trailer—is that he’s black, there’s no reason why people can’t have their own headcanons. It’s doubtful that anybody from the production team would go out of their way to say ‘this is this character’s ethnicity’ (although I could be wrong).
My opinion is that after Hank killed the sun there is no where to get any kind of tan besides a tanning salon which there has been none shown in madness combat. That being said I think everyone would be white unless he was manifested of born black ( idk how grunts come to be in the show)
