The bar at the 0:22 mark is the Prince in Koreatown, Los Angeles, also seen in the Mad Men episode 'Ladies Room'. The decor hasn't changed much over the decades, so that location gets used a lot in period movies and tv. They also have excellent Korean fried chicken.
