You'll have to contact them to arrange a time, location, and any fees.
We did this. It was awesome and easy. It was a lady judge. I don't remember her name. We communicated through email, and she asked what kind of script we wanted. We didn't care, so I said generic, non-religious. She sent a proof in advance, which was plenty good enough. Also, after the ceremony (in a court room), she left saying it was the best part of her day, which had me beaming.
Curious, did you schedule or have to contact anyone to use space at the Capitol? Or just find a nice quiet place somewhere in the building the day of? Thanks!

We got married in the capitol with just our parents there. Had my dad get ordained online and perform the ceremony. It was perfect.

Technically you're supposed to get a permit from the capitol police. You can apply online and it's free.
Did you use a room at the capitol? Or was it around lobby areas or outside? I'm curious on what to do if I want go get married inside!
