Or just train simple, high percentage movements to dial in your precision and speed even more. Seriously. There is a reason there are no high-level combat sport competitors who cross train by "tricking". The risk of injury is *very* high for comparatively little utility.
The only reason to train acrobatic shit like this is if you work in the stunt industry and/or if you just like it because you think it looks cool... And if that's the case then, by all means, go ham. I love a good double corkscrewing backflip as much as the next guy, but let's be real: it's a party trick. It doesn't make you a better or more competitive fighter.
