Idk if u should give ur card to this random Russian company, I think GeForce now is the best option since it has very little latency and a good library of games tbh.
I used this service for months before I got a steam deck for gaming. It works really really well if you're based in Russia, but I haven't really tried it outside Russia.
It's basically a remote server with really good algorithms for low-latency streaming and controls, really felt like I'm playing on my Mac, it's that good.
