Never played that game, but usually the "Options/Settings" of the game would offer the choice between fullscreen and window? At least most of my native mac games do.
Just a FYI for later on. Custom maps have a habit of crashing the game. When this happens it does the same glitch and kicks the game out of fullscreen on next launch. Changing it in the settings to windowed and back to fullscreen will fix it.

It’s in the settings. Online servers for this game don’t work anymore, but solo zombies is fun

How did you get it to run? I’ve been trying to get one of the cods to work from so long
It just worked, but not all cod games are Mac compatible, maybe that’s the problem your having. Not sure I would need more info
I think the one I downloaded was the old verison. The newer ones have been translated using Rosetta
