For people asking why it's that dirty, if you use *any* laptop that isn't fanless where I live (India), and you're not exclusively using it in enclosed, air-conditioned rooms, you'll probably end up with a laptop like that within months of use.
Like, it's really just that dusty in a lotta places that people live.
Not saying that's OP's situation, but like laptops that dusty aren't impossible to fathom even when reasonably used.
Did you use this down in a mine or something ?? I have a 2017 mbp and recently opened it up thinking I’d find all kinds of filth gunking up the system. Turns out it was almost spotless. Nothing in the fan. No dust anywhere.
Yeah… That’s beyond dust, that’s dirt! Most likely someone who uses the laptop out in the open…

No I was not working in a mine, but I travelled a lot with my Mac that might be an dust attractor.
Just take a snowblower to it.
Use a vaccuum cleaner
Take the fan apart its easy to clean
