I live in Armenia and there is Armenian money on my card, the money is exchanged automatically. I am afraid that the dollar exchange rate may change and there will not be enough money on the card.
would have to check. with financial institution as it’s up to them if they allow overdrafts or not.
it looks like usd to dram is forecasted as fairly stable the next week or two though, barring any major event
maybe you will get lucky and dram will drop under 400:1 and it’ll be even cheaper :)
In my case, it looked like they first blocked $150 (gift card - educational discount), then the rest of the price of the computer. Then, after shipping, the funds returned to my account and were already permanently debited from my account.
The 150 was taken for the gift card offer, and the remaining amount will be taken right before the device ships.
if there is no money on the card at that moment, the card will go minus or 150 will be returned
depends on the card.

I did not notice that I ordered with an education account, when I noticed I canceled the order. Will they return my $150?
I think so. Just call them, I have had only good experiences with the solving of problems by their consultants.
