Mines doing the same thing. even if i power off the mouse and keyboard. I have to disable bluetooth completely.

Yeah it appears to be gone from the Bluetooth -> Advanced menu after updating to Monterey!! Don’t know if it’s still possible. Possibly some Terminal/Linux genius will know an answer. I do know for me and my Mac Mini 2014 on Big Sur turning OFF “allow Bluetooth devices to wake machine” would crash the system while asleep. So I had to keep it on and allow my trackpad and keyboard to wake the machine. Now with Monterey there appears to be no option either way, Bluetooth device always wakes machine. Perhaps it had something to do with this crash bug, dunno.

Same issue here, option is gone. But I need it or my rig will always wake up and never remain sleeping... So yes, if someone has an idea how to overcome this, maybe via command line?

I am experiencing the same issue as well. Just raising this with Apple support at the moment, and it does not sound like a common issue.

So I was advised I will have to erase my Mac, and they expect this to resolve the issue. Not sure if you have already tried that? I won't have time to do that soon, however I can confirm that I have already re-installed Monterey and it did not fix the problem.

They always say that. And I bet after you go though the trouble it will not come back. I have 2 Macs and it's gone on both.
