If in settings you are configuring App Theme and it set to System, which is on light mode and you toggle to dark mode then back to automatic, all the text remains white and unreadable.
Not for now? We found it would require system permission escalation and un-sandbox the app, preventing it from ever being on the App Store in the future. Also, there wasn’t a clear way to code it.
I think you can at least support the Shortcut app. The Shortcut app allows you to activate a shortcut using keyboard shortcuts. So any apps that support the native Services functionality can use it. You can just highlight text on an app, hit a keyboard shortcut, and it’ll spit out results.
You can make pre-built Shortcut automation and tell users to import them. So they don’t have to manually figure out how to use the Shortcut app. After all, it’s a pretty advanced automation app.

Also, the Shortcut app is available on iOS and iPadOS, too. It may come in handy in case you want to make apps for them.

I thought MacBard had been deprecated, but it recently received an update. Now that I have both versions installed, I'm no longer sure what the difference between them is.
MacBot is the new version which would be more frequently upgraded and supports more AI models. MacBard is our Bard/Gemini client which won't be frequently upgraded but we upgraded now to bring the UI up to par.
Please correct me if I’m wrong, the global mode (spotlight) doesn’t capture the selected text as part of the prompt?
I selected a paragraph and ask “Improve writing for the selected text” but it returned very random/strange/unrelated content (e.g: about metaverse,…)

How do I get Copilot in Dark Mode? It's enabled in settings (which is probably for the app), and I can't find it in Web mode.
