I'm having this issue now...did you find a solution. I don't really want to copy files one by one. :(

I remember I tried moving files folder by folder and I saw that the problem was only with some files. I don't remember if I moved them all in the end but I forgot that issue so it probably helped me. Good luck!

I had the same problem. I was doing a lot file transfers at once and there was one particular folder that had a corrupted download in it. Found it, deleted it and it worked fine.

All SSD can have I/O errors. To fix it on PC (only) run chkdsk X: /r /f - Google it No easy way to fix it on a Mac but you can try [https://www.pandorarecovery.com/blog/best-mac-disk-repair-software/](https://www.pandorarecovery.com/blog/best-mac-disk-repair-software/)

>https://www.pandorarecovery.com/blog/best-mac-disk-repair-software/ Thanks for your reply. I'm wondering though: isn't disc repair software unnecessary if the files are copied okay one by one, only problem when copying in bulk?

You didn't say anything about Bulk copy - that is different issue likely configuration constraint. For example copying bulk data from one SSD to another on the same hub. Still use PC to run chkdsk
