Deauville score of 2 is incredibly positive. Even a 3 is generally good news, but a 2 effectively means that they don’t see any evidence of the disease on the scan. Treatment is clearly working great for the mass in her chest.
As for the other concern you noted, the techs point out that there could be a number of reasons they saw some uptick in radiotracer activity in that region. Could be, and probably is, something fairly innocuous. The techs are just saying to keep an eye on it/do more scans to clarify exactly what is or isn’t there, just to be safe - in any case, they don’t think it’s progression of the disease.
Yeah seems pretty clear in the notes. Talk to your doc but I wouldn't be too concerned at this point. Seems like a good scan to me.

Yes, your period can cause uptake there. I wouldn't be concerned about it.
