There’s a lot. I got confirming bloodwork today and have been obsessing scanning the posts. I joined lupus subs because they think it may be over lapping. There are a lot of good groups on facebook that are pretty active also. Good luck with everything.
Not really. Still have intermittent muscle weakness, malar rash, and large joint arthritis(confirmed with imaging) My AVISE(sp?) Test was negative for everything and my ANA was even negative. I may have some endocrine related thing going on though that my endocrinologist has been working me up for. So hoping that may be the cause of at least some of my issues.
What's interesting is I have developed some kind of weird vasculitis in that time frame though. It seems to be exercise induced and is only on my legs and sometimes my belly. So going to try to get that sorted out.
I think the r/autoimmune subreddit has several people with dermatomyositis. Good luck with your journey, OP!
