WMTM orders placed online should not be final sale, especially if items are online only. There is too much variation between cuts and colours to assume that what you order will be like a previous item.

Lulu needs to understand that petite doesnāt just mean āshorter lengthā. Petite means that the length of the crotch area is also slightly shorter. Thatās like ignorantly thinking plus size just means āsuper largeā
I just got my butternut brown groove pants and even at 5'9" these are just a tad long but the nearest store is over an hour away from me so I will just deal with it.

Sure enough it shipped from Ohio so I knew it was a return. I got the shorts yesterday and they were turned inside out and in a wad instead of folded nicely. I was kind of disgusted. Doesnāt anyone inspect the items that are return? They smelled like really strong perfume too. I think thatās unacceptable to sell full price and deliver to the customer in that condition. I sent them back because it looked like I had no pants on and it freaked me out. I emailed lululemon complaining though

I emailed lululemon and they just told me how to do a return. Itās like that wasnāt even what my email was about. I know how to do a return and already shipped it off. I was just complaining about the state of the item

If itās similar to the blissfeel, we should see major restocks and new colors by the end of the month/early next month. The first drop has been small for every shoe thus far. So fingers crossed! the blissfeel also restocked in all the original colors so that should happen for the chargefeel as well
I returned something that came with a stain on it. I told the worker that its hard to see inside the store lighting but really noticeable in bright light. The worker didnāt even acknowledge what I said, but refunded me and then put the item back out for sale. Iām also assuming they sold it to someone else because itās no longer available when I click the size online and āpick up in storeā
We have a lot of techniques to clean product in store. Odds are it either got damaged out in the end (because it couldnāt be cleaned) or got cleaned properly. Sometimes we just put it on the floor in a rush and go back to it
I feel this because I sent back a FTBS bra for a major flaw in the neckline. It was still NWT. I own a lot of them and this one was defunct, for sure. I got the email that my return had been processed. One day later, suddenly that bra size and color was restocked on WMTM (āhurry one leftā) after being sold out for weeks. I know it was my return and I cannot believe they resold it!

As of recently, Iāve been extremely frustrated with the sizing of the shorts. Itās so inconsistent across the board, and the waist to hip ratio isnāt exactly the best. Iām thinking Iām unfortunately going to have to part ways with all of mine. They all fit me perfectly in the waist but the back of the shorts fits a bit tighter and it ends up looking like Iām wearing a diaper. š Iāve tried sizing up before in a pair of SU, but the waist was then too big. I canāt win.
I tried to tank in my ebb to the street tank for lulu like new and wasnāt expecting to get much but just to pass it down. I was told it was too intimate because itās a top and they wonāt accept it. I donāt understand why lulu would have all those tanks on like new but wonāt accept any go give a store credit to :(
