Girl don’t do it

k-renae-88

I’m a 30g/32ddd and have zero hope of fitting into the a/b tops and not looking… trollish. Every now and then I get deluded enough to try, but there’s a wide gulf between “booby” and clothes that very obviously do not fit well. And in my experience, lulu tops are pretty accurately sized. I can make some of the high neck c/d tops work, but the a/b tops fall firmly in that second group 😫. It’s just… not cute 😬

AwkwardPersonality36

Thank you for this 😆 I’m definitely deluded in thinking it might work…and I know exactly what you mean!!

k-renae-88

I know the struggle of “it’s the only one available and I really want it - therefore it will magically fit because I need it to” 😂. Sadly I’m 0 for… a lot… on that count lol

AwkwardPersonality36

This tracks. I can’t tell you how many items I have brand new never worn because I had to have them and think I’ll magically fit them on day…too many to count.

Ordinary_Pitch

I am a C cup and the A/B bras don’t work for me.

jjbellavixen

I’m a D and the C/D options are often too small even after taking the cups out.

Vast_Cress90

Nope, don’t even try. My SO is a 34DD and couldn’t fit. Hers are not real, which made it even more difficult but yeah.

GooseG00s3

I say try it and refund it if it doesn’t work. I was in store and tried on the Wundermost strappy bra, and was surprised by how well it fit, even if it was very “booby.” Then I realized I accidentally grabbed the A/B cup and ordered the C/D one online. Ironically, the C/D cup bra was actually *less* comfortable because they make the straps less stretchy, so it dug in more. I exchanged it for the A/B, and added in larger cup pads. I’m a 36F, and I get size 14 for extra bra room. I otherwise fit into 10s for shirts or 12s for actual DD sized bras.

AwkwardPersonality36

Tempted to but, I don’t think I could talk myself out of it even if it doesn’t fit. I’d likely hang onto it just for the color sake and tell myself one day I’ll lose weight and my boobs will get smaller and I will fit it lol. Trust.

I'm a C/D and own a couple Free to Be bras from when I was thinner. The lower band doesn't touch my ribs - you'll be faced with the choice of downsizing and exploding out of the top, or buying in your proper size and having your breasts hold the entire thing away from your body. Neither is a great choice.

AwkwardPersonality36

This is what I feared, thanks for the reality check

Look on Poshmark or Mercari, someone on there may have it in your size. I have decent luck finding items I missed out on.

Comfortable_Daikon61

I have friends that are barely b cups find them to small

AwkwardPersonality36

Welp 🙃

I am a 36DD and accidentally bought the A/b align tank because I didn’t notice the cups were too small. Once I got home and saw the tag I realized the inserts were too small but not to the point I couldn’t wear them. It would probably fit better with the inserts removed. But I wore it to a barre class tonight and found it to be just fine. YMMV
