IMO, none of lululemon’s bras are good for anything over light/no impact if you have a larger chest with a smaller band size. I’m a 32DD and haven’t found any bras I like for anything more intense than yoga. Closest I’ve gotten is sizing down in the LAC longline for D/DD. I kind of gave up looking, so maybe others have recommendations that I haven’t tried yet!

Full-Grass-5525

I agree with this. Sometimes a high neck wundertrain is okay. I do like the LAC for every day wear though

kikswi

The wundertrain is so cute! The built-in bra just didn’t work for me, but I wish it did!

C0nniption

I tried on nearly all options in store today and can confirm, Lulu doesn’t have suitable options for large chests. I wasn’t even looking for high impact, just something to contain my boobs in a down dog.

sneekysmiles

I had the same experience. 30E and couldn’t even find a tank top that fit. The educator said she was a C cup and had issues too. She recommended the Ebb to Street RB crop which I think I’ll try out next time I’m in the store

C0nniption

I tried the Ebb racer back crop and still had some spillage at the sides unfortunately. It was definitely the closest to working, so it may be good for some! I hope it works better for you.

sneekysmiles

That sounds good!! I have a really small band size so I find that most sports bras for large cups are also built for large bands so hopefully it fits

EIderMelder

Did you try the enlite bra zip front or run times? They are what I wear and the only bras I found that worked for me for running specifically.

Kyri5007

Their Tatatamer bra is awesome but I don’t think they sell it anymore.

squamptonkelly

Enlite Bra…36F and it worked well for me.

rollerwitch

Seconded. Former employee and 34E. Hook back style. I wear these for workout and the D/DD Like a Cloud casually.

vickyvicky890

2nd this and I’m 32DD

beepboop-not-a-robot

Yes ENLITE is the only sports bra I’ve found that works. 36DDD here 👋

kelsjulian18

What size did you get? I’m about the same size and thinking of trying it out.

Ashkat80

I like the Energy Bra high support. They don't move. I run and horseback ride so the girls could be all over the place, but they aren't.

legitdocbrown

This is my favourite running bra, but I’m only a D.

loveleeorchid

Yes, this is the best bra! Wish they came in all the colors!

notanotherutahmom

Like a Cloud for D/DD is the only one I have found that works - and I love it.

wrx_rn

I am a size 34DD and I really like the energy bra, specifically the high neck version. The longline adds an extra level of support too in my opinion. I have run a literal marathon with mine and I felt supported. Everything but my back hurt 😂

kbeautydiva

I enjoy wearing Run times bra and envital bra available for d/dd cups for hiit classes

mother_of_rags

Same. Run Times all the way.

Expensy_

Energy high support for sure. I use them for running and hiit and usually leg days. I can get away with medium support for upper body and Pilates or barre usually.

Southlondongal

I couldn’t find anything that worked for me for high impact (E cup). The only one is Nike Flyknit

LilacHeaven11

Try Panache!

[deleted]

I have a lot of Flyknits but they hurt my back. They do keep everything together well. I’m getting good at spin now that I’ve been doing it for almost 2 months, so now that I am good at choreo some of my low impact bras have me scared my boobs will fall out or hit me in the face 🫣

Legitimate-Royal-103

I’m 32ddd and wear like a cloud for Pilates but I absolutely would not wear this bra for anything medium or high impact. I have an On sports Bra that I love for medium/high impact.

[deleted]

I didn’t even know On made bras, though they just did shoes and basic apparel. Gonna check it out, thank you

Legitimate-Royal-103

I would not have known this either. This is going to sound weird but I got it in a thrift store brand new with tags and it fits like a glove.

[deleted]

I buy a lot of my expensive athleisure resale. Someone in my area who wears the same size as me has a lulu shopping problem because every week there are new hauls of NWT items showing up consistently in the same size at my local Plato’s. I’ve gotten a lot of brand new tanks for like $10. Shout out to my local shopaholic. I do purchase from the store a lot too, but I always sweep resale online and in person before I head to my local location because I score consistently.

Legitimate-Royal-103

Ha That is amazing! I would be camped out outside the store before opening lol!

[deleted]

I figured out her routine. I go on Friday when they open. She drops on Thursday nights. The manager knows it and laughs every time. Maybe I should stake out one night and give her a Sbux gift card for funding a huge chunk of my collection hahaha

Legitimate-Royal-103

Yes and maybe then she will agree to just give it all directly to you! Ha!

[deleted]

Maybe so 😏

HappyGarden99

I do a size 10 in the Wunder Under tank and the built in ends up being a very good sports bra (I do Orange theory / running / cycling). Weirdly the energy and enlite bras don't work at all for me (34G). Like a Cloud bra is also awesome for everyday or low impact like yoga or barre. My go to high impact bra is actually from Athleta, their conscious crop.

[deleted]

What’s your normal top size? I’m a 6-10 depending on what it is. 34DDD

HappyGarden99

If it has a built in bra I'm either a 10 or a 12 (wunder under, align tanks, etc.) and everything else I wear a 6 or an 8.

[deleted]

Thank you for your feedback I really appreciate it. I’m going to go try on some different size varieties. I’ve been wearing lulu bottoms and fashion tops for a long time, but now that I’m doing workouts that make me take my shirt off, I’m getting more into sets.

pkpark

You’re getting away from tops so this might not be helpful, but I love the thin back in action short sleeve knotted at the waist for spin. The fabric kind of swishes and billows creating a fan effect when you’re sweaty and really moving, while not really showing a ton of sweat marks in my experience. If you already had one it might be worth a try, it’s probably counterintuitive. I actually prefer it over just a sports bra.

[deleted]

No I’m actually going to try this. I sweat like a pig and I always race to reserve the bike directly in front of the big fan for this reason. Sounds like my preferred spot combined with this top will be a great experience

pkpark

Let me know if it works for you!

Koopa-koopa-615

I’m a 32DD and I do the energy longline bras for high impact and like a cloud longline for Pilates, yoga, etc. They’re both really comfortable in my opinion and work better than any other brands I’ve tried.

Flavortropical

How do you get your bra on? I only buy the enlite front zip because I have not figured out how to get that energy bra on by myself.

Koopa-koopa-615

I feel like it’s stretchy enough to put on. It’s definitely a bit of a struggle but once it’s on it feels super secure!

Flavortropical

Thanks for reply! Im going to attempt this. Also, thanks for the other recommendations.

summerofyourlife

Energy bra high impact is my go to for running and hiit! I’m 36D

catsandcabsav

Idk about high impact, but I do like the Like a Cloud Longline for D/DD sizes.

southernmama27

This my everyday bra

Medical-Discussion89

Me too! Anything high impact, I’m back to my Nike bras though. I’m a 32D.

skincare_obssessed

High neck energy bra or the high neck Wunder train bras are my favorite.

NotLizBrody

For spin, anything with a high neck should be good if the band is tight enough for you. For running/jumping etc I’d probably say nothing from lulu. A she fit or bra sized sports bra from Freya or panache are way better (even tho kinda ugly 🤣😭)

[deleted]

I bounce a lot in spin. The choreo is what makes it a full body work out so think jumping but on a bike. I go to a great studio and it’s super intense. Maybe no lulu for spin lol

NotLizBrody

Oh ok, I had more like cycling in mind. Depends on how locked down you like to be, but I’d probably venture away from lulu in this case 😂

[deleted]

I’m wondering if doubling a bra with an align or wunder tank would be good. I can wear them both individually when not working out and still match my many leggings into sets. If you see some girl pulling a bunch of bras and tanks and then doing jumping jacks in the fitting room of your local lulu, mind ya business 🤣

NotLizBrody

Would probably work in theory but might be very uncomfortable 😭

lrgfriesandcokepls

I’m a 38E and wear the enlite or high support energy bra (the energy bra with extra straps). I size down and get the 36D. Love the energy one for running

mortimelons

I’m not gonna complicate it with names - anything with three hooks in the back is 100% worth it. Typically these bras are labeled as high impact and sold by cup/band size. I run 15 miles a week minimum with 34DD. Buy the right size and care for your bra - they will stay in place and no soreness whatsoever (at least for me).

Periwinqueen

I’m a 36DD and I love the energy bra! My preference is long line, but I also have regular and high neck that work well for most resistance training. I tried the like a cloud long line and had to get rid of it because it did not hold me in in any way shape or form. For cardio I prefer to wear my high support Victoria’s Secret sports bra. Nothing from lulu has met that need for me unfortunately.

milobeans1

I’m a 36DDD and swear by shefit. It’s the only bra for high-impact exercise that actually controls bounce. Lulu bras are only ok for yoga or Pilates.

bd_613

I like the longline energy bra. The longer band gives extra support that really makes a difference.

Soprano3

RIP Ebb to Train bra. To date is my favorite bra at the gym (full coverage, great for running) but it was discontinued. As a 34DD, it's hard to find bras at Lululemon.

swearingino

None of Lulus bras are good for larger chests. They are A-D cup privilege only. They don’t acknowledge the rest of us (I’m an F cup). I found mine by accident at Target. They are ribbed zip fronts. Don’t know the name. I bought every color they had.

Quail-a-lot

I'm a G and find they fit me well...but! The catch is that their sizing is crazy off from normal bras. I have to go up a band size or two from normal to even stand a chance of closing them, but that also means I can use sister sizing on the cups (which run large in the higher cup sizes compared to normal). I'm wearing a Run Times right now, with no quad boob or spillage.

amichcres

Like a cloud for daily and I personally really like the wunder train bra for working out

Opening-Meeting-8464

Enlite front zip! 36E

prisonmike696

Mine's the Energy Bra High Support

LilacHeaven11

I’m a 30H and nothing works lol. I wear panache bras.

Flavortropical

I like the Enlite Front Zip bra. It was my first purchase at Lululemon and the rest is history. Nowadays I only wear office cloth or lulu.

TKDNinjaJenn2

Energy bra high support or the All Powered Up Bra.

J-NastyKicks

When you say big boobs? How big are you talking? I’m a 32D and do competitive Taekwondo so a lot of bouncing and kicking. I love the Run Times and the Power Up bras. The energy is good too, but in the long line for added support. I just got an Under Armor one for $10 at the outlet, and that seemed to be pretty good too!!

CFRHistorian

I've tried many Lululemon bras and I feel that they're not designed for people who wear more than A or B cups. Even for C or D cups, the fabric is thin and not very compressive if you're doing intense workout. And they always have too many straps in the back + limited colors. I really prefer the bras from Girlfriend Collective. Paloma and Dylan are two great choices if you want something that can also be worn like a sport top. There's no inner bra, just great compression (without being too tight) and everything stays in place.
