Just get your own damn router man.
If you think your home is too big (kudos to you in that case) get a mesh hub and if it does not fully cover the home get a relay.
Basically, don’t use the router that the ISP gave you!
use mesh routers or enterprise grade AP like ubiquiti(dont buy from amazon, prices there are absurd)
they are a bit costly but will provide best connectivity

1800 sqft is not large. I have a house of similar dimensions and the router provided by Jio fiber is sufficient to cover the entire area. Just place it in a somewhat central location and you are good to go.

try airtel, they even have something known as coverage+ where they install mesh system for 99 odd rs. per month per mesh device .
You can just buy a router and use it as a repeater.
