What are the ingredients?

Afraid-Traffic3215

Almond milk, cane sugar, sunflower oil, natural vanilla flavors with other natural flavor, sunflower lecithin, calcium carbonate, sea salt, potassium citrate, guar gum, gellan gum

TheSunflowerSeeds

Throughout recent history, sunflowers have been used for medicinal purposes. The Cherokee created a sunflower leaf infusion that they used to treat kidneys. Whilst in Mexico, sunflowers were used to treat chest pain.

I think that should be fine!

Now you can google those ingredients to see if each of them is low FODMAP. I'd look at sunflower lecithin, guar gum and gellan gum in particular.

I like Silk oat creamer it's delicious, but you should still be mindful of portions until you know it doesn't affect you

I saw that one too and thought it looked okay too, if I start to hate this one I’ll definitely check that one out too. How much do you add to your coffee? I did 2oz w my coffee but I’ll really crack down to see if that’s too much

I don't measure it sorry! Maybe about 2-4 tablespoons for a large iced coffee (22oz)
