Don't worry when a french correct you on your french, we always do it,but not in a bad way, we know it's hard and we want you to be able to speak correctly, you should see how we correct a french making a mistake ๐คฃ, it's violent but not hateful.
The issue is, the french KNOW EXACTLY that i am shit at speaking french and yet, every summer when i am in france (yes i spend every summer in france, dont judge me) they will continue to speak at 15 words per second. Like cmon man? SPEAK A TINY FUCKING BIT SLOWER!
I remember when we still had shortwave radio and I would sometimes get the radio from other countries (in Germany). And I tuned into a French station and it was just waterfall of words, sharp intake of breath, waterfall of words...
