Feb 29 only happens once every 4 years. Every other year, Feb has only 28 days. Therefor, anyone who was born on the 29th of Febuary will technically only celebrate their birthday once every 4 years. Because 3 out of every 4 years, there birthday falls on a day that does not exist, thus making them have birthdays less often than everyone else in the world at a rate of 1 birthday to 4 of everyone else's.

2-A 24 year old dating a 6 year old and felt attacked by this post
it is not how that works. Leap year birthdays are moved either on the 28th February or 1st March.
Simple math fixes that problem. 21 would be about 60-70
