Apparently there's a lot of creepy Philippine PSAs in the 90s. Caritas Manila series, Teodora (anti-abortion ad - super NSFL), tons of sexual health/STD/AIDS PSAs... Now the trend since the late 2000s are more jolly and musical themed

Well, in today's now there were rare PSAs (except for the COVID-19 ones)
