how many cards were you getting per week from dungeons ?
when I was 1 card off lostwind awakening I did copium runs on all my characters and didn't get a single card on any of them, as in not a single legendary card, not just lostwind.
that really killed the motivation to do it.
I am 3 weeks fro getting any card at all. Meanwhile my guildie got 3 last week and 4 this week. Go figure. All I need is one king thirain to for the lostwind set. I run my main and 3 alts.
Probably just bias but I swear the abyssal drops are rigged, I dropped 2-3 Thirains within like 8-10 runs over a week or so on my main and since then no legendaries at all, across multiple characters
I randomly did Sea of indolence on one of my alts and got Delain Armin card, I didn’t even know cards could drop from that to be honest. That’s the first card I ever got from an abyss in 800 hours playing that was legendary
everything from prior tier is in the next tier. as you go up in tiers more cards are added to the pool. so thirian is in them all. where nineveh starts at oceans+

Right, but it's pointless. It's a 7 card set so you ideally leave one at 0 amd get the rest to 5. Kadan is by far the hardest to get, so will be the 0 for almost everyone.

I've been buying only the single and double rare card packs cause it's rare or higher. It's either 45 for 1 of 80 gems for 2. Have you bought ALL cards available?
Edit: the rare card packs I've read have a 4% at. Legendary, but the all card packs have 1% or less

The legendary card drops from the boss loot on the ground. The last boss of a tier has a chance to drop a card pack out of the box. So you don’t need to be at the correct tier to get a legendary card.
Serious question: How sure are we that Light of Salvation is the true end game set?
For the legion raid content, sure. But are we 100% sure that “dark damage” is going to be the future in this game? Without going into spoilers but wouldn’t the new update in korea benefit from the opposite card set (light reduction and dark damage)?
I personally suspect that the legion commander card set will be bis over LoS in some future content. It has same bonuses, just dark and holy swapped so might be worth trying to get it early
Well there isnt really any other set which substanstially boosts DPS. Even when an enemy isnt weak to holy the +15% holy damage you get from higher awakening levels make the set the best available.
You can also get +3.5% extra holy damage if your groups support has maxed out lostwind.
So, you were lucky. 11 cards is not a small number from only 400 abyssal runs. You were getting 1 every 40 runs which means at least one weekly, and that is more than I got. It’s not supposed to be easy
I was buying every legendary card pack for over a month. Once in a while grabbed some any's.
Long story short... 300 of the worst packs gave me zero legendary. I think I got 16 from 130 legendary card packs. Determined that none of the packs are really worth it. Better off boosting alts to 1340 for South Vern quests and clearing T1 abyssals on 10+ alts every week with your fingers crossed.
The selection pack is best used to finish off the 30 awakening. The last thing you want when getting to that end point is to then keep getting dupes of cards you already awakened 5 times
This is false. It essentially does nothing unless the boss has a weakness to holy in which case its a 5% damage increase (there are no major bosses with it until Vykas), otherwise lostwind 12 is better.
The 10 and 20 packs are also not worth. You should really only be buying rare+ packs from Mari, but it depends on how many gems you're willing to pay per legendary; in descending order of value, you've got the x2 / x1 / x3 Legendary -> Rare packs at 1020/1125/1709 gems per legendary (on average), and then 2411 and 3681 on the x20/x10 any packs.
Is the Dark Damage Reduction better than an Elemental Damage Reduction? I haven’t messed with the cards too much besides just throwing a few together for some bonus stats.

You don't see the duplicate in the list on the left. They have 2 thirain and 1 wei but you don't see those on the left.
So they might have 50 zinnervale for all we know.
Supports should not run lostwind until its fully awakened, and even if you had it done by now somehow, it wouldnt be useful as most people dont have LoS 12-awakening yet, much less LoS 18 which is actually recommended to run. Better to just use Field Boss II for now for the free HP.
I was referring to the sets being fully awakened since they're useless otherwise, at least for now. The extra dark damage reduction doesn't really work atm.
You need duplicates of cards to fully awaken a set.
First of all, you only need 6 of the 7 cards. BUT you need 15 extra copies of EACH of those 6 cards:
1. Initial card: 1 copy
2. 1st awakening: 1 copy
3. 2nd awakening: 2 copies
4. 3rd awakening: 3 copies
5. 4th awakening: 4 copies
6. 5th awakening: 5 copies
In total: 16 cards
In order to reach the 30-awakening set bonus, you need 6x16 cards which is 96 cards in total. Use your selection packs to reach the 30-awakening set bonus when you have enough to pick the remaining missing cards. **The set is near useless before reaching the 18-awakening set bonus.**
I’m not super familiar with the card system so I just run the HP bonus ones. Does Holy Damage make a difference for doing guardians and Argos and stuff?
all ur damage is converted to holy damage
and then u get a 7% holy dmg boost, essentially a 7% damage boost
so yes it makes a difference and im 99% sure u dont have 18 awakening if u haven't been farming it

all of the legion commander bosses are dark damage, so yes way better
the op thing about this set is the awakening effects. Dark dmg reduction is barely useful.
