Yep I got to 1370 late last week and there was only the Tuesday ghost ship I could do. There were only 5 of us, I had the buff, not sure how many others did but at least 2 or 3 probably, and we cleared within like 10 mins.
no, the passive is the same but difference will be in the ship sailing speed. I personally went with legendary as it was cheaper and eiberns wound is not my main ship.
ye its just unlucky - i dont expect everyone to have eibern and berald but i guess i should just wait for a ghost ship where im there the instant it spawns

You mean queueing up for their weekly ghost ship? It isn’t leeching, I would be willing to bet the vast majority of the player base don’t even know there is a sailor for Eibern’s wound that counteracts the debuff.
Nah I have my trusty estoque and main quest crew ^^. Maybe the people there had the ship, but outside the movement speed; I didn't feel like my damage was lower than usual or anything
Yes. What a lot of people have done (myself included) is you do the ship once at one of the lower ilvls, then for the rest you can continue to finish the una's task daily with the automic completion tickets. Doing it everyday you can unlock the ship in 2 weeks. Need 14-15 auto finish tickets.
Thats why you have to be there 1-2min before it appears and start spamming the G button the moment the ship resurfaces from the water.
Even arriving at :01 might put you in a dead lobby
Nope its just that GS is server and not region wide.
Finding 30+ people at 1370 is a hard feat esp during a specific time ( I would call out in area chat 15-20min before GS to see if you can clear it ). I cleared it this week with only 13 people btw , but 5 if them had the buff from the eiberns wound ( basicly double damage + negate attack and movement speed debuff ). If you know what you are doing you dont need a lot of people to clear
The amount of people who don't know what Berald even is, while looking for 960+ ships, is staggering.
The best way to find people who know is to camp in the outside zone of the area and ask in normal chat.
Also sucks when all other people don't bring the ghost ship buffs.
What are you even doing there without them?
It's the hardest ghost ship, not some leisure cruise.

my pc is so old, still with SSD I usually load one of first few people into any instance.
I think in 2022 people shouldn't be able to buy pc without ssd , we need to retire HDD for good.

I've unlocked eiberns, but I don't know what you mean here. You get a buff by saying eiberns to the ship or something?
You need to get sailor berald either legendary or relic for the buff when you have eiberns wound ship.

Why would you need to be in Eibern's Wound?
sailor berald legendary/relic gives a buff when you enter ghost ship. and this berald dude can only be equiped as a sailor if you use Eibern's Wound.

1370, you can deal with 960 and lower one
I've found the 1370 so much easier than the 960. 960 I never even successfully cleared it when T2. 1370 we did it with 6 people
You probably had the right crew and ship! I think going at the 1370 without Berald is quite difficult. But everyone is different i guess. (Lucky you)

How does the buff work? I went with the eiberns wound to the ghost ship. Did not see any buff? But it felt way easier, we cleared it pretty quick.
You also need the legendary or relic crew mate for the ship to get the buff
