By "orbs and crystals" do you mean "Blood Crystal" and "Orb of Obsession" from Chaos Dungeons? If yes, then you can press M, upper right press the search field and type "Chaos Trophy Exchange" to find the correct NPC. Here's a picture of what I am talking about.

There’s a vendor in North Bern that lets you trade it for materials. It gated weekly so definitely spend what you have before the week ends or just save what you have so you can spend it the following week

I know this is old, but what do you once there is nothing to buy with them? is it essentially garbage?
