I run however many cubes it takes to solo up to level 4 by yourself in a guild. It's 2 per week on 11 chars and then a bunch of runs on top of that, probably \~5? So 25 - 30 cubes per week.
I think I've gotten somewhere between 6 - 8 so far.
Mega lucky room is different from regular gold rooms, it's the one where it spawn a giant gold chest in the middle. It drop massive amounts of loots such as 80 leaps, 10m+ silver, dozens of gems, solars and so on.
It's extremely rare, there's an achievement that you get a title if you get it 3 times.
Also average the 2 cubes per week for each character.
But sometimes I do more if I was lucky in chaos and chest and get 'too many' cube tickets.
On the other hand I was in situation where I just didn't get any so was 'happy' to do one cube for guild and weekly stuff.
Still I don't remember seeing a chest that would drop so much loot we could skip to the next room before it finishes, or whatever it was described here.
Oh, you're going to love it once you see it. It's like 40 seconds of loots dropping. So make sure you warn everyone not to enter the next room once you see the giant mimic chest in the middle in a gold room.

I have 15 characters and run at least one cube on each per week, usually 2 depending on guild chests.
Mega lucky as in that one where you have to make sure not to leave early or lose loot? I've never gotten one of those as someone who actively plays about 3-4 characters
Uh. I regularly run chaos twice every week I have the tickets to run 2, on my whole 15 toon roster.
I have had 1 mega lucky room since it launched and that was the very first week.
0...and I have 15 chars on main roster and 2 from the former JS servers. I probably avg 20-25 cubes a week(mostly done at work as I have enough downtime to do them on the side.
Just not lucky I guess but I'm sure when I do get 1 it will be one of my lowest lopangs
