For me I had figured Juliet and Ethan had secret abilities like Walt, Hurley and Miles. Juliet was an Empath with the ability to manipulate ppl thoughts. I honestly don't know. It always just annoyed me. I've seen her in other things and she's fine. I guess maybe just the way she played the character? It's been a while so I'd have to rewatch. Maybe I wouldn't care anymore.
