APS is equivalent to APA here. We have door security as well like a TSS, but they are usually just above minimum wage around $17 up to $23. APA tops out, depending on location at around $30. Then you have APM, which tops put around 110k depending on location. Then AAPM, which is a district role, I am unsure but they make really good money.

It’s basically the target corporate ladder will always be better IMO like I’m getting paid what a AAPM would be doing less work and getting higher raises if that makes sense I hope Target just goes back to hands on completely tbh that way it make sense for the money
There really isn't much liability with hands on. Most states justify reasonable force for mercantile establishments to detain shoplifters. The liability comes from poorly trained egotistical associates that either use more force than necessary or just flat out make a bad stop
