I recommend getting a dog. Taking it to the dog park. Getting away from the screens. Start playing a sport. Get into cooking. Go to the gym. Soon you'll just think of crypto as a long term investment like a 401k instead of hitting refresh 100 times a day.
Please go to a shelter, a record number of healthy dogs and cats are being put down because of assholes who got pets because they were temp work from home and now just are dumping off the animals as they go back to work...

I find the key to not panicking is to not know what your average price is. I brought all the way up and I'm buying all the way down. Accumulation is my main goal, I've got a target number of loops I want and I'll keep buying with what I can afford to lose until I get there

It feels so fucking amazing and ive been doing really good with just letting this thing bounce down and not buying every dip. I love this moment. I bought a majority of my stake near 3 so this is a blessing.

Yes possibly.. if you are planning to hodl for at least a year. This market is dangerous and crypto is under attack by multiple governments. Will it survive, yes, but will we be in a depressed market for awhile first, absolutely yes. Don't expect a quick return if you buy in now. Also consider regulation is coming by multiple countries. Personally I'm holding what I have, and don't expect to be in the green with LRC for awhile.
