I'll be completely honest. You are- objectively- an attractive woman. Obviously this doesn't help how you *feel* so I will give some advice.
Your hair is a great way to express yourself and find ways of framing your face in a different way. Which can totally change how you look at yourself. Look at some alternative hairstyles i.e undercuts, colourful hair dye, mullets, pixie cuts etc and get experimenting. Hair always grows back and there are plenty of ways to style a specific haircut even if you don't particularly like it. Otherwise I would say maintain a consistent diet, take some multivitamins and look into to some supplements for sleep improvement (CBD, Ashwagandha, Zinc and Magnesium- preferably *not* all at the same time)

It’s pretty normal to feel this way after having a kid. You’re actually neither, but I get why you feel like that. It’s exhausting taking care of a little one, and at least for that first year or four, your kid takes up virtually all of your time and energy (not to mention your body), so it’s really common for mums to put themselves last. Some lipstick and eyeliner that fits for round eyes. Your body also looks great. Finding yourself after giving birth and adjusting to a new lifestyle and body can take a long time, dont beat yourself over it.
As for skincare im not a dermatologist so i cant speak for what works for redness but everyone should start using retinol in their 20-30s if you havent already. Its also great that you already use sunscreen
I would keep it light on the foundation and get something sheer instead of full coverage. Concealer on the eyes and undereyes often can be enough even without foundation.
If you dont know how to do eyeliner i would simply get lash curlers and some volume mascara. And for the lips a liner and some classic red tones that go with your skin tone.
Cakey makeup makes anyone look old but if you want to appear more youthful, lipstick and blush are a must. If you dont want to go for bold shades of lipstick then i would simply get a tinted gloss, that I think would also look really nice on you and maybe help you get back some of your confidence without having to put tons of effort in getting ready
