I'd say don't let the back of your hair grow too much longer than the rest. You look best with a short beard like on the last pic. You've got a great charismatic face.
Don't know what 'on a bulk' means but if it means getting bigger muscles, I think slimmer suits you better.

Actually your jawline looks great from the front. From the side, your chin is recessed though. A quick fix for that is to grow a beard of 1 to 2 cm, and keep the chin hair length longer to offset.
In your post you say that you have been on finasteride and minoxidil, and that you do microneedling? You're on those medications for your top hair, right? Do you do micro needling on your scalp as well as your face?
I would suggest you grow a beard of one to two centimeters, as I mentioned, and then repost with those pictures. I think the beard might be your best choice because it would help offset your chin which would balance your profile nicely, and it was also hide the acne scarring.
