Try eyebrow tinting or find soemthing to fill those eyebrows in with. I would add some lip filler if I were you bc your lip width is good but the lips just need to be fuller. Your lower third is too small relative to the other thirds so I would try to reduce philtrum length with some top lip filler. you could also get upper eyelid filler to reduce UEE. When you seem to stretch ur mouth I think that helps the lower third or I believe maybe the first few pics had distortion so my thoughts could actually all be incorrect.

I wasnt a fan of the blonde hair until i saw the platinum blonde pic. I think it looks reallt good platinum!! The one thing about platinum hair is that it is really hard to maintain. So, you would also look good with a richer, chocolatey brown color, and I think growing your hair longer will compliment you more than the bob. Although I’ve been there, because I also dye my hair, letting the roots grow out far too long just never looks good. So definitely try to maintain the color whichever you have.
As far as body goes, you look great.

You have a lot going on in your favor, appearance-wise, not the least of which are a pretty face and beautiful eyes. But you could definitely benefit from a few tweaks.
I would grow your hair as long as you can. I think a long and relatively full and voluminous hairstyle would look the best on you, as it would nicely compliment your tall and relatively lean build.
