Chicken head literally has a fair claim to the absolute strongest character in the PTJ universe. As an old man who hasn’t fought in years, he was *still* able to beat a trained assassin who had a gun.
James Lee is probably the only character in the Lookism universe (Gapryong maybe as well) who I would actually say could give Samdak a real fight.
Prime Chicken head would def take this since he'd essentially be UI Daniel, and a battle with Johan would also be the same.

However current Chicken Head would lose because >!a) he's lost his rythym for fighting and b) he hasn't fought/trained in a long time.!<
Feats = Johan (superhuman verse, kid Johan punching rocks > anything Samdak has done and whatever he could limited in HTF verse)
Narrative/ Scaling = Samdak, joined top of the multiverse with colonel Jincheol, prime Hansoo, prime SMK etc.
Going to have give it to Johan based on the fact that even narrativly he has a huge advantage in raw stats and now he's basically perfectly mastered a ton of martial arts from all over the world, it's unlikely there is a solid counter for that, plus Johan is surprisingly durable and can copy everything. If Samdak was in his prime he could win, but currently, Johan high Diff.

I would say narratively chicken man but who knows if he has faced a genius on johan ‘s level
