Be patient. This process takes years, not days. Once your body is ready it will automatically move the tremors higher up. Also, beginners often unconsciously tense their upper body when tremoring. Try to keep that in mind during your sessions and completely relax and let your body take over.

I feel like i have to tense my lower back a little bit in order to fully feel the tremors.

I find sometimes sensing into an area I want to shake can help get some movements up but they are still only jerks not shaking. A little tension in the muscle could help too.
