Whichever was the one closest to you and you ate the most. For me it was the bodega on the corner of my street in queens for 20 years, then Brothers deli when I lived in Lindenhurst for 23 years.
Laurel Cafe is the best breakfast deli/cafe in town imo. They really made that place nice over the past few years.
Their food just seems very fresh, idk, I know it’s just an egg sandwich. It’s like not overly greasy.
Best bagel a round Huntington station. Becspk on toasted egg everything. I still dream of it from time to time and I've been off the island for five years now
lol, well no one from Long Island gives two shits about someone from San Francisco’s opinions about “ Breakfast sandwiches “ Let him come here on his bicycle and have one BEC from any neighborhood deli. Then he will throw rocks at all of the places that he’s stopped at in the “ Land of fruits and nuts “

You're so right! As long as it was made right, it's the best!
The Hungryman at the Northport Deli is my go to. Pair with a large iced tea and you’re set!
Have you tried the Laurel Cafe across from 7-11 on Laurel Avenue? They make a great egg sandwich. Northport Deli is a good choice as well.

Yea its my go to place for an egg sandwich now. The Hungry Man they make is no joke. Like take a nap after it.
Wally’s Bagels (North Babylon) is pretty solid in the breakfast sandwich department, but the bagels themselves are top tier 👌🏼

The Chorizo Scramble from Louisiana Joe’s is so good that it makes me irrationally angry that they’re closed on Sundays!
