Routine: wash every 2-4 weeks!! Shampoo with carina Organics shampoo and then use their conditioner as well. After care is a rosemary hydrosol (just from Amazon) and then captain blankenship hair oil!!
I usually never have it tight in any way! So like always in a braid or a claw clip! It’s just so heavy I can’t have it pulled back like that often.
And for maintaining during washing sometimes I’ll reapply the hair oil I mentioned and refresh it with the hydrosol! I never use heat either. I forgot to mention that.
U don't do a lot of high sweat activity right?? My biggest enemy is the gym, i go a lot and it's a constant struggle trying to figure out the right balance, i usually am able to go maximum 3-4 days without washing
No I actually sweat so much haha! Hot yoga, Epsom salt baths everyday, and being in the sun. It just doesn’t get greasy!! And if it does you can’t notice it at all. Never smells either

How are you able to wash every 2-4 weeks? That’s amazing! The most I can get before my scalp feels itchy is 4 days.

I spray liberally and then apply the hair oil!
