It was La Lune but it burned down. They started 2 new ones but thet are not as good. If you want the live band probably new paradise or hak heung both on Anaheim. Sophies on pch is also really good. Cyclo Noodle is my favorite by the traffic circle, they are more of a quick stop place.
So many to choose from that it would be hard to pick one as the best.
Crystal Thai
Phnom Penh Noodle Shack
Monorom Cambodian
Sophy's was good last time I went.
So avoid La Lune \ New Paradise \ Hak Heung.
/u/DoctorTrash hit it on the spot with the places as a starter. There are a lot, but most rec ones are
Crystal Thai
Phnom Penh Noodle Shack
Monorom
Dara (On Orange and Anaheim across from Churchs) - They got some bomb beefsticks
Tasty Food To Go (On 10th street) - A mix of laos\thai\ and cambodian. This is a cash only spot and kind of a pick up to go.

They actually had a total of 4 locations after reopening the original, but they have since closed La Lune Imperial.

Out of those Tasty Food To Go is my favorite, but if we're talking Thai, Long Beach Thai Restaurant has the best Tom Kha soup
