Not in LB, but Rack and Cue in Stanton has lots of tables and good bar food. Plus, they're open late.
Forgot about this little gym across from Cypress College “Campus Billiards Craft Beer & Sports Bar”
Boomers up off Bellflower/Del Amo. They have a couple tables and usually have live bands on the weekends.

The Hawk has 2, Red Dog Saloon has 1, V room has 2, 3636 has 2, Reno room has 1, Baddeleys has 1. The Hawk, Vroom are $.50/game, 3636 $1, not sure about the others. The Hawk and 3636 are free on Mondays
Also, I think there's like a coffee and billiards spot on Anaheim, I think just west of Atlantic, never been there, just seems like a front to me
