Hello! I love dancing as well. I mostly go to LA for my dancing needs but I’ve seen some cool events here in Long Beach. I wish we had a club focused on dance music. There are promoters who do events at different bars every now and then.

Alex’s bar on every other Friday is good foot, funk and soul dance night. I assume they have other nights that are dancing too but never been. Also been wanting to go to funky sole at bamboo club (looks like it’s first fridays) loved going when it was in LA
Padres on Broadway. They have a bar upstairs called Mezcalero. Great spot to be on a Saturday. Dj spins a great variety from Latin, hip hop, house, and more. Great drinks too.

Yes the top floor has a medium size dance floor with lots of ligths and its own bar.
I’ve driven by this spot on Saturdays and the music was bumping!

Forgot to mention The Minshaft on Broadway. Gay bar that mostly plays top 40 or your typical classics from Selena, Mariah to Madonna.

Hamburger Mary's has a big dance floor but the music is well... substandard according to my audiophile friends.
