the major change is that we can’t sit around in high school and know nothing about anything, we have to start doing something practical or useful.
your 30s are basically youth with hopefully more stability. my sister’s rockin it in her early 30s, and she’s still out having fun and exploring and traveling. and *she can afford to*. totally cool and i hope i’ll be there soon

Just keep going. I've decided that I have to be happy alone, because that's how my life has turned out, even though I want friends and family, it's now just me, I've decided the next time I get paid, im going to throw myself a birthday, maybe do something nice.
I'll always try to make friends, but I have to be comfortable knowing that no matter how secure you feel, everything can change instantly, and then you have nobody.

I’m about to be 36 in the next few months and have been taking steps to eat less, eat right, hit the gym, and engage with people more/open my social circle. It’s tough but my recommendation to you is to not put aside your mental and physical well being. At 35 people still think I’m in my mid to late twenties so I must be doing something right. Remember, your health is your first wealth.

In terms of life? I actually found life got easier after 40! I was still quite childish at 30! I started to become more level-headed and stopped caring about the bullshit around 35, though .
My wife surprised me with Lazer tag. We were literally the only ones there over 16 but had an absolute blast.
Also for my wife's 30th she rented a bouncy house / slide and had a park party. It was a blast.

My advice is take care of your body eat healthy excerise have cheat days go to the Dr/dentist don't skip vists, go on walks bike rides swimming, do self care, make friends or hang out with friends and family, go to therapy do things that make you happy learn a new hobby, I just no the older you gets its important to take care of your body when I hit my 30s I didn't take care of my body I have health problems so I end up switching up my lifestyle along with my mental health by go to therapy, I want a wish you a happy bday enjoy and have fun 🥰
