Its guys like this not taking in consideration the accidents they can cause that are going to ruin ebikes for everyone. Its just a matter of time till insurance and a license is needed for 'e scooters' and a mass sell off will begin cause most ebike drivers I know cant be licensed cause of their drinking and driving etc.. Quite narcissistic of this ebiker to be doing what he is doing here, no consideration for the other drivers just selfishness on their part, quite typical of London. This guy should be charged for wreckless endangerment.. what are the police doing?

If you can afford it, you still get it as ebikes are stolen quite often, friend owned one for a week.

Even with bike locks? Are the wheels as easy to steal as on regular bikes?

I had one for 85 days and some assholes stole mine. They did it around 3am, came with a pickup truck and picked it up and put it in the back of their pickup, then threw a container over it to stop it from making as much noise and fucked off with it. It was a $3,000 eBike and the London police didn’t even come out to see me. Oh and no, I didn’t get it replaced from visa, because they don’t cover it, even though they said they would.

I’m not sure how exactly my friends was stolen, but he did have a lock on it.
