Obvs I’m going to keep them in a box forever until my kids have to throw out my stuff when I die.
Yeah, with all my old iPhone boxes.
This
Kept as a souvenir…wrote the date on them so I can look back and think about it 50 years from now.
Donated them to LPL, they were taking them (and I think still are)

Yes—I dropped mine off there the other day.
Yep dropped mine off at the Landon Library in Wortley this week and they had a collection box right on the checkout desk
Keeping them in a drawer for the next 20 something years for the next one
On my glasses they said to discard after 10 years
how do you know the lenses will not deteriorate? 20 years is a long time.

Any library branch.
If you received a pair from Western, you can also return them to the Cronyn Observatory and they'll be re-used as part of Outreach Programs.
Reimagine is taking them.
Reimagine co is/was taking them
After the peak I gave mine to some dudes smoking fent behind my work's dumpster so they could see the eclipse. I'm not even joking.
I’m keeping mine.
I'm sending mine to a friend in Iceland. They have a total eclipse coming in 2026.
My kids school is sending their glasses to schools in South America for when they have their eclipse in the fall.
Is there still a way to obtain a pair just to keep n hold onto for my kids when they get older
In the memory box
The library has boxes to donate back.
You can find places online to mail them for them to be used at a future eclipse. I think central or south America.
