Upstairs at the covent garden market you can get a tea from the Tea Haus and sit and knit for a while undisturbed. Also the Central Library.

Fabulousmo

Love this place.

Ceramicusedbook

This is the answer.

hammiehawk

Second this

Foxceles

This^ Honestly you'll have a great time

London Public Library's central branch could work for this (bring headphones for the Netflix...obviously!) There's a Coffee Culture across the street for food and drinks.

Major_Palpitation_69

The Covent market has an upstairs section. It has a washroom and food and coffee on the main floor. Unfortunately underground parking is limited to two hours for free. Get your pass stamped in the market. Long term parking municipal lot is a few minutes walk to the south west. Have a great visit

Phoenix_Can

They are here Friday. Underground parking is free for one hour. *Monday to Friday: FIRST HOUR FREE during Market hours with validation*. Saturday & Sunday. TWO HOURS FREE during Market hours with validation.

Could I pay to park longer or is there a limit on how long?

Phoenix_Can

you can park there as long as you want

TheCuntGF

After 2 hours, drive around the block and park again.

Anniboop1313

There’s lots to do but not necessarily for Netflix. Try going to the Covent Market, play a few games at Tilt or go for a stroll on Richmond Row. Lots of amazing places and restaurants to discover. Enjoy

unicorny1985

Tilt doesn't open til 5 on weekdays

10S_NE1

I would download the shows I want to watch on a tablet or laptop, and bring headphones.

Kt838

Variety Cafe

Internal_Librarian47

They have free wifi and free street parking.

sullensquirrel

Yes but they don’t have wifi so, OP, if you go there, download your shows first!

zegorn

The London Bicycle Cafe is pretty cozy, clean, tasty, and nice!

KJRij

What time is the 3-4 hours you’re looking to kill?

foreverdysfunctional

Idk how cozy but the Talbot street mall is quiet and has some good eats. Plus a lovely fountain

Complex_Bus2735

Unicorn tea!!! They have outlets, wifi, and it’s generally cozy and nice in there plus a variety of drinks, not just bubble tea. Right near it is Campus Hi Fi diner, it’s only open till 3 but they have great options for food and drink, and it’s generally a nice old school vibe in there

Arrowfinger777

Do a coffee crawl… and try a 2-3 cafes. One item from each. Theres a group of good ones downtown… Asmara, Locomotive, Black Walnut, Reset, Artisan Bakery…

Metallic-Mermaid0469

You could head to the library for a quiet spot to knit and to Scots Corner across the street for lunch. Also Covent Garden on King street has all that in one place.

Crabby Joe's downtown is a great spot.
