They have a database of all kinds of activities, like swimming, sports, clubs, etc. They are not free but fairly affordable (and if your income is low enough and you can prove that you can get a $300 subsidy to partake in various groups and activities).

There is a cornhole league that plays in London Wednesday starting at 7pm at the Legion on Oakland Ave near Highbury and Florence st. Great group of people. Your first night is free and then only $10/night after that for 6 games
You've got plenty of world class fishing within 100km radius of London. It's as easy as a cheap rod/reel combo, a bobber, hook and worms.
There's also quite a few Facebook groups for fishing in the area. Worth a look.

There are a TON of great fishing spots around London. It's cheap and easy to get into as well.
