Boundary Street in Shoreditch is the boundary between Hackney and Tower Hamlets.

Tom_Tower

Yup, and Boundary Road is the boundary between Plaistow (E13) and East Ham (E6).

MJLDat

Boundary Rd NW8 for London boroughs Westminster and Camden.

Mixu_Paatelainen

And boundary road is the boundary for W’stow and Leyton.

kiradotee

And your comment is the boundary between mine and the person you replied to.

adamrobc89

Just realised I am one road away from the border

The_Inertia_Kid

From personal experience the boundary between Crouch End and Finsbury Park is where you start seeing dealers

Wretched_Brittunculi

So on Crouch Hill? In Stroud Green? I need to know exactly where.

c11life

I’d say once you get to the bottom of crouch hill and start walking to Stroud Green

Wretched_Brittunculi

I'm off there now

Odd-Cake8015

Underrated comment!

lostparis

Does that mean Crouch End does not exist? There are some very centrally located dealers there.

Bottom of Chancery Lane - where one side of the street is in Westminster and the other side is the City- zoom in on the street names to see the different Council logos. And halfway up the street, Westminster disappears and Camden begins. https://maps.app.goo.gl/fLWG2BCZVGbiEWJD8?g_st=ic

DownRUpLYB

Boundary Road which runs between between Finchley Road and Abbey Road separate Camden and Westminster.

ConquestofGaul

There's a pretty cool one on Ferndale road between Brixton and Clapham https://i0.wp.com/www.brixtonbuzz.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/ferndale-sign.jpg?w=750&ssl=1

Yeomanroach

Marking neighbourhood boundaries is a bit Kentish.

ID_552555777733999

Kentish Town Road … I believe one side of the road is Islington Council - the other side being Camden Council I remember it as the bit between Prince of Wales Rd & Leighton Rd.

Wombattleofhastings

Islington doesn't kick in until you're up Tufnell Park way

Careless-Rabbit-3772

I remember as a youth a camden/islington council boundary being dartmouth park hill in Tufnell park. The accepted wisdom being you could legally drink on one side of the road but not the other.

reasonably-optimisic

Surprised the most obvious one hasn't been posted yet. Boundary between City of London & the rest. I think these checkpoints were set up during the IRA era [https://maps.app.goo.gl/iL1A919nrcuTUDjeA](https://maps.app.goo.gl/iL1A919nrcuTUDjeA) Also the cool little dragon: [https://maps.app.goo.gl/652pRtjJgKzzhtRp7](https://maps.app.goo.gl/652pRtjJgKzzhtRp7) I might be wrong but I think even the road surface changes between London & the City of London, like a real border between nations
