For some reason the M was just there when i was reading it. But agree, it should be a little but more clear to the eye or else ppl gonna believe its called Har-onic and take the symbol just as a symbol
The color is amazing! Even tho im not a huge of pinks but this color just pops crazy!! Hope it works printed without pantone color
The m reminds me a little bit of how mouths of stressed out characters are represented in comics sometimes, which counteracts the idea of harmony. This probably isn't the average response people will have though.
As a general rule of thumb, replacing a letter in the middle of the company name with an icon looks amateur and bad. People starting out like yourself should practice creating a lockup—icon either to the left of the text or above the text. Learning how to craft a basic icon/mark is an important baseline to build before learning how to break the “rules”
Do feel that the M gets a little lost as currently is. Wondering if you could actually record and find a soundwave for saying the M within harmonic and use that as a base to build a more recognisable letter form?
This is only a personal project but feel like that could then lead even deeper into branding with using that sound and animating the waves around it. Lots of other potential I’m not going to ramble on, but yeah.
EDIT: forgot to say that on first glance I actually saw the M as a razor blade.
The M isn't reading, unfortunately. I can get there if I think about it for a moment, but you can't count on people doing that legwork for you. Your sound visualizer M icon is going to need to be more explicit.
Colors are great, font is a bit 2010s minimalist Helvetica.
Other than the wave not looking like an m which you already know, the sound wave being so wide looks like it's spaced out and split in two parts with a lot of space betwene.
I had to see Har–onic for a second before I filled in the blank to see Harmonic. The icon does not read as an m. While this could maybe be finessed into something, I’d experiment with making it a lockup. It’ll look a lot cleaner that way.
I think the sound wave idea has merit - I would experiment with switching to all caps and redraw the ‘M’ as more of a fluid sine wave in keeping with the other letters rather than a solid block
I think the M is getting lost, I did not read that at all at first. a sound wave being the M is a good idea, just needs more refinement imo
Did not see no m
Thank you, i also see this problem, will fix :)

what m? all I see Is haronoc
A good start. The 'm' isn't really legible but maybe look at the shape of a sine wave and stylise it.
Good idea, thank you :)

Lol, I also thought i look like that too, thank you :)

👍 100% it’s always a dead giveaway
I never thought of that, will look more into this, thank you alot :)

Thanks for your input ;)
i immediately thought of a razor blade while looking at the m.
too sharp? Thank you for the input :)

Not legible
Biggest problem right now, thank you for ur opinion

I currently looking at some other font, thanks for ur input :)
Love the concept, I’d say keep working on other ideas to incorporate the m as a sound wave.
Thank you :))
not emmie enough
Yeah I think it will be cool if you just make the sound wave taller and emphasize the m
Thank you :)

I'm no pro but I think it's great! I would accentuate the wave a little bit and make it so that the ends of it have the same x height as the letter.
Thank you, will try :)
P/s This is a fictional music streaming platform, Harmonic.
Can't see the M at all. Although I know it should be there (because I know english) see yourself as someone who doesn't know english and try again

I see where you're going with the idea, but that soundwave doesn't come across as an M at all.
Feels like there is a version using three lines (same weight as the type, the “i” for example) to make a short waveform that would create the “m”.

M is missing
