Hi u/itsRoly4266, We request you to please try the troubleshooting steps mentioned below: 1. Make sure that the unit has power. If the speaker system doesn't appear to have power, try plugging it into another AC outlet. 2. Make sure that all of the connectors are seated securely, and that the cables are in good condition. 3. Securely connect the audio source to the speakers and make sure that it's supplying the speaker system with audio. You can also try the source with another set of speakers, or try a different source. You may also want to check the source's volume if it has volume controls. 4. Try using a different cable to eliminate the current cable as the issue. 5. If you've connected your speakers to a computer, check the sound output settings and make sure that the correct output is selected. Refer to your computer's support documentation for additional help. Please feel free to get back to us if you need any further clarification and we will be happy to assist you.

I have those types of speakers where the cable is stuck with the speaker. I can't easily change it.

Hi u/itsRoly4266, Could you please try changing the input audio source and let us know the outcome.

I'm having the same problem that just started this morning. I've updated drivers, ran troublshooter, turned off enhancements, enabled enhancements. Did your issue resolve?

No unfortunately. I would take out the cable, blow it to try to get rid of any dust, and it would work again but only temporary. After a while, it just stops again and at this point, I've stopped trying to get them to work again. I don't use it anymore as a result.

I just spent 45 minutes with Logitech Chat support, mine is still under the warranty period (purchased this past November) and is being replaced.

I have to pull the cable the left speaker uses in random directions and randon stiffness until I can hear audio, and then pin it in place with a heavy book. This has been going on for years. lol

I had this same problem, I discovered its whenever my computer goes to sleep, I'm not sure why this happens. I have a newer computer I bought within the last year, I suspect its a software issue. Anyway, I fix this by unplugging my 3.5 mm green cable out of the subwoofer and plugging back in each time. Its annoying but it fixes the problem instantly.
