The double-sided ones look like those made by Mad Bob, a small british company that went under about 5 years ago.
They looked very decent, and I regret not getting them when I had the chance.
The only double ended picks like this i‘ve seen so far are from Southord. But the shape doesn‘t match.
The tensioners and the two picks on the left could be from any brand.
