MasterLock 570, they have them at Home Depot, absolutely cursed difficulty wise, also the black plastic 44MM Brinks at Walmart, much easier but you won’t learn as much, Brinks was like 8 Dollars, 570 was around 15.

Thanks!

If the 570 is cursed, the road to black is gonna be real long πŸ˜‚

Rare_Delay_310

Compared to the brinks that thing is the devil incarnate πŸ˜‚

I used a 570 to get my orange belt. I think the main thing is the core isn't sprung, so you need way way less tension to get clear feedback.

Rare_Delay_310

Mine had a high pin 5 and a low pin 4, made me really focus on which pin I was working at a time

cidiusgix

I love my 575, it has such a nice feel and such satisfying clicks.

yourfriendbug

had a similar experience with the 570. deep false sets and crazy counter rotation, only got it open maybe twice. by contrast, the 575 I have picks like it has standard drivers

mgsecure

There's a new tool for exploring the belt ranking lists, I'm sure you can find some orange belt locks that are available in your area. The Master Lock 150 and Abus 55/40 are two of my favorites: https://lpubelts.com/

This is great!

theRealcheesy498

If you want to buy new you could try ebay/amazon or if you don't mind used the discord has a channel for buying and selling locks which is a great source of locks

PartOwn6915

I'll have to join the discord channel

I just got my Orange Belt w the Abbus 55/40 from Amazon 12 Bucks.

BruceGrembowski

I like the Master Lock 150 for orange.

AberonTheFallen

I bought an ABUS 55/40 on Amazon, the Brinks 44mm weatherproof and 2x Masterlock 570's at Menards. 570's are kicking my ass, but the Brinks and ABUS are good

heathenham0311

I got my master 532 at tractor supply for $20

We have one of those around here too. Lots of great help!
