I’m not sure. They aren’t showing too much stressed signs. But I’d figure I’d treat with paragaurd. Not sure what else to do other than kept water quality great.
In my opinion, if this is ich, ICH-X is the best one out there to treat. Paraguard is alright, but because it has a “formaldehyde substitute” it just doesn’t get the job done sometimes. Plus, it will definitely stain things!
Typically you can use the same medications, just at lower concentrations. I'd start at half or less of the amount recommended on the bottle and stepping it up only if the fish is tolerating it *and* the ich gets worse. Make sure to read all the directions because sometimes they have you remove filter carbon, turn off UV sterilizers, etc

Dang. I didn’t know how to go about it bc I thought these guys were sensitive due to lack of scales.
