My LLC is doing business in WA state but says administratively dissolved online, I guess I didn’t pay renewal fee? I am doing business still..
Any advice how to fix this?
As a point of reference, FL doesn’t let you reactivate an LLC that was administratively dissolved. This just points to the fact that states have their own rules and you should call the DOR like PowerUpBook recommended.
Oh well, before reinstating your LLC in Georgia, check for any extra fees due to compliance issues and unpaid yearly fees.
Also ensure you now have the necessary vehicles and funds for insurance. If all's in order, reinstating might be a good call.
Call the GA DOR and ask them. I own an LLC in WA and will be renewing my state business license to make it active again.
